FIND WAYS TO

DONATE YOUR TIME

From the U.S. Election Assistance Commission website:

Be an Election Worker! Election workers are essential to ensuring that elections are a success. With each election, millions of Americans dedicate themselves to sustaining the backbone of democracy - our election process. EAC encourages those interested in becoming election workers at the polls on election day to learn more about what is required and how to sign up to work with your local election official.

From the AAAJC website:

Asian Americans have been part of the American story since its earliest days, and are now the U.S.'s fastest-growing racial group with the potential and power to shape our nation and the policies that affect us. Our mission is to advance civil and human rights for Asian Americans and to build and promote a fair and equitable society for all.

From the Leadership Conference website:

The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights is a coalition charged by its diverse membership of more than 200 national organizations to promote and protect the civil and human rights of all persons in the United States. Through advocacy and outreach to targeted constituencies, The Leadership Conference works toward the goal of a more open and just society – an America as good as its ideals.

The Leadership Conference is a 501(c)(4) organization that engages in legislative advocacy.  It was founded in 1950 and has coordinated national lobbying efforts on behalf of every major civil rights law since 1957.

From the Let America Vote website:

Over the past decade, momentum on voting rights has gone dangerously in the wrong direction. We started Let America Vote to fight back against proposals across the country that make it harder for eligible voters to exercise their constitutional right to cast a ballot. Whether it’s extreme identification requirements, questionable purges of voters from the rolls, voter intimidation, new and extreme voter registration processes, or anything that makes voting harder, Let America Vote is there to lead the fight against it. We advocate for pro-voter policies that make the process more reasonable. Through online and grassroots organizing, an aggressive earned media strategy, and advertising campaigns, Let America Vote plays a crucial role among the existing network of organizations fighting for voting rights.

Since we launched in February 2017, we have contacted over 1 million voters and more 700,000 people have signed up to join our cause. We’ve helped 110 voting rights champions win elections – from state legislators to statewide elected officials – beating anti-voter politicians across the country.

From the Rock The Vote website:

In 1990, music executives founded Rock the Vote in response to the censorship of hip-hop and rap artists. Our first partnership, with MTV, promoted the message that “Censorship is Un-American” and activated millions of young people across the country to exercise their rights and represent their interests. For thirty years, we have continuously adapted to the changing landscapes of media, technology and culture to breakthrough and empower each new generation.

We are drawing on our decades of experience to deploy the most effective and impactful messages, tactics, and technology to uplift and empower the largest, most diverse generation in U.S. history. We do this while also pioneering innovative ways to make democratic participation more accessible and defending young people’s right to vote.

From the When We All Vote website:

As a volunteer you can host your own voter registration drive, join an existing effort in your area, or make sure the people you know best are registered. WWAV is here to support you in this effort with resources and guides and we will keep you informed of elections along the way.

As an educator you have an important role to play in preparing our young people for their most important jobs…citizen. WWAV is here to support you with helpful resources including lesson plans, voter registration guides, and trainings. We will help you build and execute your voter registration program. Join the effort and sign up your school to be part of the effort.

MOST IMPORTANTLY,

DON'T FORGET TO
